Stellify, images from the opening night at Oink Gallery
For Stellify at Oink I’ve made a Diasec mounted 240cm wide Stellify 4 / deconstructed piece, produced as a pigment print on Hahnemühle's new 340gsm metallic paper, that has the most amazing ability to hold and reflect colour back into the eye. It’s almost as though the paper has an internal source of illumination. Additionally I exhibited a broad cross section of pieces from the past ten years or so, including new works on paper, a number of etchings from my adventures at Spike Print Studio, and some traditionally framed and glazed editions on paper.
I hope it’s made for an engaging exhibition. It’s certainly a real pleasure to be back at Oink, Mark has a really refreshing way of cutting through to the heart of the issue conversationally, and that kind of energy is always good to be around!

Stellify, a solo exhibition of work at Oink Gallery, Swindon
I'm really looking forward to what should be a great evening and exhibition of work at Mark Pepperall's Oink Gallery in Swindon.
I met Mark a little over a decade ago, through our shared love of Stanley Donwood's work, and we've been friends ever since. Oink Gallery, named after Mark's home town, Swindon or Swine Town, remains a beacon of creativity, modernity and style in the South West, blending art and design in a really vibrant contemporary space in the heart of the old town.
I'm looking forward to the opening event from 7pm, Thursday 17th April, hope to see you there!

Gallery opening, Swindon, Friday June 2nd
With just 2 weeks to go, I thought I'd send over a final post for today, to invite you to the opening of a small solo show at Swindon's latest gallery - Oink. Curated by Mark Pepperall, it's a delight to be included on the roster, and for this 6 week show, I'll be exhibiting about 15 pieces, including an 8ft edition of Eight Ball mounted to Perspex, which I hope will be quite something.
