About the exhibition
I met Mark Pepperall well over a decade ago, he was interested in the idea of opening an art space with a design led edge in Swindon, his home town. We hit it off immediately, and have been working together ever since. I'm a huge fan of his style, combining art and contemporary design with a natural flair.
His project, Oink Gallery, derived from Swine Town, has gone from strength to strength over recent years, and now presents work from a broad base of up and coming urban and contemporary artists, often but not always drawn from the South West.
There's an energy around the project that is completely infectious. If ever you're in the area, it's well worth a visit...
